In case of any pricing or inventory error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify an order before dispatch. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Orders & Payments: Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We accept secure payments via trusted third-party payment gateways. In case of payment failure or fraud detection, your order may be cancelled or put on hold. You will receive order confirmation and shipping updates via email or WhatsApp (if opted in).
5. Shipping & Delivery: We usually dispatch orders within 7 business days. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics issues, etc.) are not our liability but we will keep you informed. Customers must ensure the delivery address is accurate. Any redelivery costs due to incorrect address may be borne by the customer.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations: Our return and exchange policies are available here. We accept returns/exchanges only if the product meets the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Refunds are generally issued as store credit unless stated otherwise.
7. Promotions & Discounts: All offers, promo codes, and sales are subject to specific terms. They are non-transferable, valid for limited periods, and cannot be clubbed with other discounts unless specified. We reserve the right to cancel or modify offers at any time.
