SHIPPING POLICY

  • House of Comfort understands the value of fast and efficient service, hence we strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. The packages leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days for delivery.
  • Shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been placed. For any special request, kindly get in touch with us with your order details on +91 73831 22844. 
  • We ship Pan India.

  • Note: Sometimes there might be a delay in delivery due to external factors like weather, strikes, pandemic or any other unforeseen circumstances.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations will not be accepted after the order has been placed. All the products on the website are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out and you might need to exchange the purchased product. And we strive to make the exchange process as smooth and easy as possible for you. Refer to the following points to exchange your product:
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that it was when it was shipped to you. The item must also be in its original packaging, unworn or unused with all tags still attached and free of any signs of damage or defects.
  • To exchange an item you purchased, make an exchange request within 72 hours of receiving the item and the exchange process may take up to 7-15 working days.
  • Products can only be exchanged once, and one side courier charges are to be borne by customer. (Pickup facility is available if pincode is serviceable - extra charges applied)
  • If you have ordered a product on sale and wish to exchange it, you will have to pay the full amount of the product.
  • If you receive a damaged/defective or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product on +91 73831 22844. Once the complaint is raised, please send us a picture of your damaged/defective product along with the description of the damage on +91 73831 22844 or email us at info@houseofcomfort.in 

  • Note:
  • Customized & products on sale will not be exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Club 999 products will not be exchanged under any circumstances. (Non-refundable)
  • Combo Offer products will not be exchanged under any circumstances. 
  • Bride & Bridesmaid Collection products are non-exchangeable & non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY:

  • We don't offer cash refunds for items purchased through our store, but we do provide store credit in the form of gift cards that are valid for 6 months.
  • There will be a pickup charge imposed on the customer due to the high logistics costs involved.

    Note:
  • If you have a complaint about a missing product or damaged shipment, unpackaging video is a must for us to track down the issue.
  •  House of Comfort management reserves the final right to refuse a return or exchange request.
