1.  How do I order a night suit?

Shopping from the House of Comfort is easy:

  • Once you have found nightwear you like, select your size.
  • Click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button underneath each item.
  • Review the items in your cart by clicking the ‘MY CART’ link at the top of the page.
  • You can use the ‘REMOVE FROM CART’ link to remove articles from your 

    shopping bag.
  • Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order and fill in all the details (Name, Contact Number, Email id & Delivery Address) followed by online payment/COD to confirm your order. 
  • You can even order your favorite nightwear online through Instagram or 

    Facebook or else you can send your order through WhatsApp on +91 73831 22844.
2.  How will I know if I have selected the right size?
  • The size chart is provided for each product. Size chart provided for each product is according to body measurements and we would stitch the

     nightwear 4 inches loose from the size you choose for a comfortable fit.
  • In case of any confusion, our customer care team can answer all your 

    questions regarding sizing and fit. You can simply WhatsApp us on +91 73831 22844.

3.  Does House of Comfort ship to numerous addresses?

  • Unfortunately, you can only ship to one location for each request. If you want

     the articles purchased to be shipped to different locations you can just place a new order for every new address.
  • In case your order contains a gift, our customer care team can help you with multiple shipping addresses. You can simply WhatsApp them on +91 73831 22844.

    4.  Would I be able to add things to a current request?

    • Unfortunately, it is impossible to add more items to an existing order. If you 

      wish to order something else you can place a separate order

    5.  How can I share my remarks and feedback?

    6.  What is the return and exchange policy?

    • You can make an exchange request within 72 hours of receiving the products. The exchange process will only be done once for an order and one side courier changes are to be borne by the customer. Click here to read more about our Exchange Policy.

    • We don't offer refunds for items purchased through our store, but we do provide store credit in the form of gift cards that are valid for 6 months.

    7.  Can I customize my nightwear?

    • We do all kinds of customization. For any further guidance, you can simply Whatsapp us on +91 73831 22844.

    8.  What are the accepted payment methods?

    • You can pay for your order through UPI, Card, Wallets & Netbanking. We do accept Cash on Delivery orders with additional charges. All the details for each payment method will be provided during checkout.

    9.  How should I care for my nightwear to ensure longevity?

    • We recommend following the care instructions provided with each product. In general, gentle hand washing, tumble-dry and medium iron will help maintain the quality of your nightwear.
