SHIPPING POLICY

  • House of Comfort understands the value of fast and efficient service, hence we strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. The packages leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days for delivery.
  • Shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been placed. For any special request, kindly get in touch with us with your order details on +91 73831 22844. 
  • We ship Pan India.

  • Note: Sometimes there might be a delay in delivery due to external factors like weather, strikes, pandemic or any other unforeseen circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations will not be accepted after the order has been placed. All the products on the website are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We completely understand that sometimes things may not be the right fit — and we’re here to help! Here's everything you need to know about our exchange process:

Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted only if the item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags and seals intact.
Timeline: You must place an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order. The exchange process may take 10–15 working days.
Pickup & Charges: Exchange is allowed only once per order. Pickup is available if your pincode is serviceable (charges apply). One-side courier charges must be borne by the customer.
Sale Products: Products purchased on discount are eligible for exchange only at the original (non-discounted) price.
Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours on WhatsApp at +91 73831 22844. Share a photo with unpacking video and a brief description of the issue, or email us at support@houseofcomfort.in.

  • Customized & products on sale or offers are non-exchangeable & non-refundable.
  • Combo Offer products are non-exchangeable & non-refundable.
  • Bride & Bridesmaid Collection products are non-exchangeable & non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY:

We do not provide cash refunds for any purchase.
However, in case of valid return requests, we offer store credit in the form of a gift card, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Due to high logistics costs, pickup charges will apply and must be borne by the customer.

Note:

  • If you have a complaint about a missing product or damaged shipment, unpackaging video is a must for us to track down the issue.
  •  House of Comfort management reserves the final right to refuse a return or exchange request.
